Food Notes: Henrietta Red chef eyes fall opening of Sewanee restaurant

the nashville post, september 2024

Henrietta Red chef Julia Sullivan will open Judith this fall in Sewanee, Tenn., near the University of the South campus.

Billed as an American tavern, Judith is named to honor Judith Ward Lineback, who in 1969 became the first female to enroll in the University of the South, according to a release.

Judith will serve seasonal dishes and shareable small plates. Patrick Halloran, Henrietta Red's beverage manager, will oversee the drink menu.
